Job Responsibilities:
-Call potential and existing customers to promote English learning programs
-Build rapport and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
-Follow up on leads from online ads, social media, and referrals
-Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (with attractive bonuses)
-Update customer details and sales interactions in the system (CRM)
-Provide excellent after-sales service and handle inquiries professionally
-Keep up to date with latest product features and market trends
-Work closely with the sales team to meet collective goals

Job Requirements
-Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields is an advantage
-Proficient in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia & English, depending on target market. "We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders."
-Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in telesales or customer-facing roles
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
