Telesales Executive

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
1-3 years of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply)
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Strong telemarketing and sales background, preferably in banking or financial services
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Highly responsible, disciplined, and responsive
Must have own transport for occasional site visits, if required
Sales-driven mindset with a proactive and goal-oriented approach


Responsibilities



Contact prospective clients via phone to promote SME banking products and services
Identify and qualify leads to generate new business opportunities
Provide excellent customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues
Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth processes
