Telesales

Key Responsibilities:
-Reach out to existing customers via outbound calls
-Introduce and explain services in a simple and engaging manner
-Identify customer interest and schedule appointments with consultants
-Act as a middle point of contact (no direct sales or closing required)
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
-Meet daily/weekly call and appointment KPIs

Requirements:
-Minimum Diploma or above
-Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, insurance, or customer service
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Comfortable handling outbound calls
-Basic computer skills and ability to manage CRM/tools
