Job Description

• Prepare monthly report and Insurance Declaration.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation on ledger and sub-ledger.
• Prepare E-Invoice Reconciliation and manually key-in Invoice, credit note and debit note (if necessary).
• Responsible for fixed assets register including updates, filing and reconcile.
• Involve in monthly financial closing activities by preparing the accrual and provision journal.
• Assist in preparing any other schedules as and when requested and work on any instruction from immediate superior from time to time.
