Tendering Admin

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tendering Admin to support tender preparation, submission and related administrative matters.

Responsibilities:

1. Search and monitor tender advertisements, invitations and submission deadlines.
2. Prepare, compile and arrange tender documents according to tender requirements.
3. Ensure all required supporting documents, certificates and company registrations are valid and updated.
4. Prepare quotations, company profiles, tender forms and supporting documentation.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and internal departments to obtain quotations and relevant information.
6. Monitor tender status and maintain proper tender records.
7. Handle tender submissions through online portals and physical submissions when required.
8. Maintain systematic filing of tender documents and correspondence.
9. Assist with general administrative duties related to projects and tendering.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by management.
