Trainer | Onboarding Specialist (SaaS)

Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Training Delivery:

Deliver thorough training sessions on Backoffice systems, POS features, and other StoreHub services.

Ongoing Merchant Support and Follow-Up:

Maintain regular contact with merchants to address questions and ensure confidence in using the platform.

Upselling and Customer Feedback:

Promote additional StoreHub features and services to maximize merchant value.

Gather and analyze merchant feedback to improve onboarding and training processes.

Collaboration & Documentation:

Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and resolve merchant challenges.

Document training notes and progress in Salesforce for consistency and follow-up.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related fields.

Certification as a trainer (e.g., Train-the-Trainer) is a bonus, as this role heavily involves delivering effective training sessions

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of experience in training, onboarding, customer service, or similar roles.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Intercom and Salesforce is preferred.

Experience working in SaaS, retail, or F&B industries is an advantage.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to simplify complex concepts for merchants.

Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address merchant concerns.
