负责区域内网络加盟商及直营网点的培训组织与实施；
负责总部培训课程在区域的宣贯与落地；
负责新加盟商开业培训及运营指导；
跟进网点标准执行情况，协助问题整改；
组织培训考核，建立人员培训档案；
汇总区域培训数据，定期向总部反馈；
协助开展合规宣导与违规案例复盘。
Network Training Responsibilities

Organize and implement training for franchise partners and directly operated outlets within the assigned region
Roll out and ensure the implementation of headquarters’ training programs at the regional level
Conduct onboarding training and provide operational guidance for new franchisees
Monitor compliance with outlet standards and assist in corrective actions
Organize training assessments and maintain training records for personnel
Compile regional training data and provide regular feedback to headquarters
Assist in compliance awareness initiatives and the review of violation cases
