Travel Customer Service Officer

Job Scope
● Handle inbound calls,live chat and emails, providing accurate and timely information, including enquiries related to travel platform

● Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

● Identify customer needs and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the relevant team.

● Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

Requirement
● Proficient in Mandarin/Cantonese and English as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients and partners.

● No experience needed

● Good communication and problem solving skills

● Minimum SPM or equivalent

● 24/7 shift rotation (9 hours per shift)

● 5 working days per week + 2 rotate off day
