Valuation Executive

Job Description
-Provide verbal indicative values to clients based on preliminary analysis, where appropriate.
-Conduct valuation of properties, assets, or businesses in accordance with industry standards and guidelines.
-Prepare valuation reports with detailed analysis, financial modeling, and justifications.
-Perform site inspections, market research, and data collection to support valuation assessments.
-Participate in marketing and business development activities, including client outreach and proposal support.
-Build good relationship with clients. Liaise with clients on valuation-related matters.
-Ensure the delivery of accuracy, timely, and complete reports.
-Ensure compliance with local valuation laws, international standards and professional codes of conduct.

Requirements
-Minimum 1–3 years of relevant valuation experience. Fresh graduates ate encouraged to apply.
-Knowledge of local property market trends and valuation methodologies.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members
