Waiter Bartender

Requirements
-Possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
-Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Demonstrate proficiency in bartending techniques, including mixing cocktails, pouring drinks, and maintaining bar cleanliness.
-Exhibit excellent customer service skills, including greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Possess strong order-taking abilities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in serving customers.
-Demonstrate comprehensive menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to effectively assist customers with their selections.
-Exhibit strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, enabling effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
-Ability to work onsite in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
-Take customer orders for food and beverages accurately and efficiently, utilizing menu knowledge to answer questions and provide recommendations.
-Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glassware, and ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
-Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, anticipating their needs, and resolving any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
-Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders, collect payments, and manage cash transactions accurately.
-Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service, adhering to legal regulations and company policies.
-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers.
-Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar and service area for events and special occasions.
