Warehouse Assistant

Requirements

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin is plus point as imported goods are from China.
At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
Willing to work overtime if required
5 and a half days work per week
MUST know how to drive forklift
GDL license is plus point
Knowledge in commercial refrigeration parts is plus point
Responsibilities

To receive, load & unload items at warehouse.
To maintain stock records and inventory movement records for materials,equipment and tools
To control inventory/spare part levels by conducting physical counts and trigger purchaser for insufficiency of stocks
To liaise with procurement/suppliers in coordinating stock receiving and delivery schedules
To perform returning, packing and labeling of incoming and outgoing items
To ensure proper filing and safekeeping of inventory records including avoid over, under-stocking of materials, protect materials from losses and damages.
To assist in preparation of stock take report and up to date spare part movement report (in/out) for submission to management
To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
