Huraian Kerja / Deskripsi Jawatan

Job Description

Do loading work and pest control to ensure goods are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
Check and maintain forklifts and other machines to avoid breakdowns.
Prepare reports and keep records correctly and on time.
Load containers based on the given plan.
Monitor goods arrangement (re-palletizing) to make sure the correct item codes (SKU) and quantities are used.
Check all incoming Finished Goods and packaging materials from suppliers.
Do daily stock checks to ensure physical stock and system (JDE) quantities match.
Use the JDE system to confirm deliveries when the admin is not available.
Make sure the FIFO (First In, First Out) system is followed for Finished Goods.
Handle Non-Conformance stock, plan with the production team, and update supervisors on stock levels.
Help team members when they are not available.
Follow HACCP rules and take part in food safety activities.
Qualifications

SPM/Certificates in warehouse or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of working experience in Warehouse.
Able to drive a forklift. Having a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
Positive work attitude.
