Warehouse Assistant

Requirements

Forklift license or experience.
Able to speak in English and Mandarin
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Experience handling fitness or heavy-duty equipment.
Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

Assist in receiving and checking incoming stock and deliveries.
Label, organize, and store inventory properly to maintain accuracy.
Conduct regular stock counts and update inventory records.
2. Order Fulfillment & Packing

Pick and pack items accurately for customer orders and internal projects.
Prepare goods for delivery, including proper packaging and labeling.
Support delivery teams during loading/unloading as needed.
3. Warehouse Maintenance & Safety

Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and work areas.
Ensure all equipment and tools are handled safely and properly.
Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
4. Logistics Coordination

Assist with coordination and documentation for shipments and deliveries.
Work closely with admin and logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
Occasionally assist in deliveries or installations (depending on project needs).
