Warehouse Executive

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and releasing cargo.

Ensure proper handling and storage of cargo to prevent damage, misplace or missing.

Perform proper maintenance and inspection of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, tractor, dollies, pallet jacks and etc, to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards are met.

Perform cargo repacking tasks by unpacking and repacking skidded cargo to ensure it is properly secured, labelled and prepared for transportation or cargo submission.

Maintain accurate inventory records including inbound & outbound cargo and packing materials.

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, tractor, dollies, pallet jacks and tools, to ensure they are in optimal working condition.

Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.

Regularly organizing and storing archived office documents.

Train and supervise operation team to ensure adherence to warehouse safety regulations and SOP.

Collaborate with Operation and Customer Service teams to resolve logistics-related challenges, including warehouse place planning and temporary warehouse outsourcing to ensure efficient storage and meet customer requirements.

Prepare reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, cargo movements and warehouse operational performance.

To ensure timely escalation to his immediate superior shall there be any service failure or issues.

To ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are complied with in accordance with the relevant quality procedures and Quality Manual as per ISO 9001:2015 requirements.

Perform any other duties/assignments as assigned by the superior.
