Full job description
Job Requirements:

Diploma holder in logistics studies or equivalent.

Proven experience in logistics warehouse operations and supervision.

Excellent organizational & business communication, inclusive problem-solving abilities.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management & control.

Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics industry.

Able to operates material handling equipment (Forklift, hand pallet truck etc.)

Job Descriptions:

Warehouse operations - Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing and releasing cargo. Ensure proper handling and storage of cargo to prevent damage, misplace or missing.

Transport arrangement - Prepare driver delivery and collection schedules, issue billing for trucking services, monitor GPS movement of the trucks and update daily movement.

Equipment and Truck Maintenance - perform routine inspection and maintenance on warehouse equipment.

Collaborate with Operations and Customer Service team to resolve logistics related challenges.

Prepare reports on warehouse activities including inventory levels, cargo movements and warehouse operational performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Education:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

Warehouse management system: 2 years (Preferred)
