Warehouse Executive

Requirements

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Warehouse Management and Inventory Control principles.
Basic understanding of Logistics operations and Event Decoration Knowledge.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues.
Physical stamina to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting and moving event decoration materials.
Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and order fulfillment.
Willingness to work onsite at the Seri Kembangan location.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of event decoration materials and equipment.
Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies, utilizing warehouse management systems.
Coordinate transportation company for event setups and teardowns, including transportation of materials to and from event venues, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
Organize and maintain the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and ensure efficient movement of goods, adhering to safety standards.
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify and resolve inventory issues, preparing reports on stock levels and warehouse performance.
Collaborate with the Project team to understand material requirements for upcoming events, ensuring timely preparation and availability of necessary items.
Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance on proper handling of materials, safety procedures, and inventory management techniques.
