Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods

Ensure smooth flow of inbound and outbound shipments

Maintain accuracy in inventory records and stock movement



Inventory Management

Conduct regular stock counts and cycle counts

Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies

Ensure FIFO/FEFO practice is followed (especially for FMCG products)



Foreign Worker Management

Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of foreign workers in warehouse operations

Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance of foreign workers

Ensure compliance with company rules and Malaysian labour regulations

Assist in onboarding and basic training of foreign workers

Communicate instructions clearly and ensure task understanding



Compliance & Safety

Ensure warehouse compliance with SOP, safety, and hygiene standards

Enforce workplace safety rules and report incidents

Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment



Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly warehouse reports

Update stock movement records and system entries

Support audits and inventory checks



Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

At least 3–4 years warehouse experience in FMCG environment

Experience in managing foreign workers is required

Familiar with warehouse systems

Strong leadership and communication skills

Able to work in fast-paced environment and shift work if needed
