Warehouse Officer / Executive

Role and Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the warehouse and logistics operational teams involving receiving, warehousing management, inventory management, kitting, finished goods inventory and picking, packing and shipping. (Depend on the Division Unit)
Manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, processes, workflows and manage escalation through proactive interaction with key personnel including Production, Planning, Purchasing & Quality Department.
Plan and organize the daily work activities in the warehouse to ensure the warehouse operations are running smoothly at maximum efficiency and effectiveness level.
Ensure accuracy of inventory records and conduct routine inspections.
Always ensure stock accuracy by organizing random and periodic stock take as per company policy.
Manage Scheduled Waste Management and ensure schedule wastes dispose timely and comply to Department of Environment (DOE) requirements.
Supervise and lead warehouse team in weekly/monthly warehouse’s physical inventory and cycle counts and yearly company level stock take to ensure the stock take results are up to date, accurate and reliable.
Prepare weekly report, stock inventory report for Superior.
Responsible to monitor performance of employees, equipment, tools and employee work areas in the warehouse to ensure the warehouse work environment is safe.
Supervise, develop, monitor, implement and train direct reports on processes and work instructions to ensure operational compliance and company policies, rules and regulations and procedures are followed.
Responsible to maintain a high standard of housekeeping of the warehouse to ensure a lean work environment.
Require some knowledge on the SAP System.
Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.
Ad-hoc tasks or duties assigned by Superior.
Demonstrates strong integrity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Requirements

Minimum a recognized diploma in logistic / warehouse management
Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse management
Computer literate & SAP knowledge will be prioritized
Good organization skill set,
Good communication skill set and team player
