Warehouse Supervisor/ Senior Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse professional to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, accurate stock control, timely order fulfilment, and compliance with company safety and operational standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, hands-on warehouse experience, and the ability to drive continuous operational improvements.



Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.

- Lead and manage warehouse staff, including work allocation, attendance monitoring, coaching, and performance management.

- Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and regular inventory audits.

- Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely
and accurate order fulfilment.

- Maintain proper warehouse layout and storage practices to maximise space utilisation and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and 5S housekeeping standards.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Production teams to ensure smooth inventory flow.

- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and operational issues promptly.

- Monitor warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfilment, productivity, and on-time delivery.

- Ensure proper maintenance and safe operation of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

- Prepare periodic inventory and warehouse performance reports for management.



Job Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience for Senior Warehouse Executive, or 5–8 years for Warehouse Supervisor.

- Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners; proficiency in BM is advantageous.

- Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, stock management, and warehouse safety practices.

- Experience in using any Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is an advantage.

- Good understanding of FIFO, FEFO, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
