Well Manager

Job Summary

The Well Manager is responsible for coordinating and overseeing well stimulation operations, ensuring activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate well stimulation operations and related activities.

Monitor operational performance and ensure work is executed according to procedures.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments on operational requirements.

Ensure proper usage and readiness of equipment and materials.

Prepare operational reports and maintain relevant documentation.

Support troubleshooting and operational problem-solving during field activities.

Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and company policies.

Participate in operational planning and improvement initiatives.



Requirements

PhD / Master’s Degree / Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in well stimulation operations.

Good knowledge of well service operations and equipment.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Willing to travel and work offshore/on-site when required.
