Even though the company is young with only 6 years of experience, Deca is blessed to have leaders and staff that has experienced working in various projects including the country's first successful NRW project in Selangor. Deca offers a range of services which includes the following:- -NRW Consultancy and Strategy Development -Pressure Management including installation and commissioning of PRV, as well as advanced pressurement management. -Active Leak Detection services including consultancy, strategy development, and leak detection using various devices for both within zone and main trunk detection. -Commercial Loss Management including meter audit, meter replacement, meter reading and others. -Step test, new zone setup, and zone reestablishment services.
