Currently the SGS Group in Malaysia comprises of three specialized companies; SGS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is registered with the Ministry Of Finance to carry out Recruitment services, Certification, Audit Work and listed in the DOSH Factory and Machinery Act as approved inspection agency. Petrotechnical Inspection (M) Sdn. Bhd. offers a variety of services to the Oil, Gas and Energy industry. PTI has Petronas License to carry out Technical Staffing Services (Recruitment), Inspection, Testing, Certification for Oil and Gas Sector. SGS Laboratory Services (M) Sdn. Bhd. operates Recruitment services, fully equipped laboratories which function in support of the SGS inspection and specialized testing services to industry. Within Petrotechnical Inspection (M) Sdn. Bhd. (PTI) there consist of a business unit known as Technical Staffing Services Division (TSS). The Technical Staffing Services Division provides a comprehensive range of services aimed at providing flexible solutions to the client’s operational and project needs. We provide services to Contractors, Producers, Operators and Manufacturers in the following sectors: Offshore platform & drilling facility and Shipbuilding, Power Generation, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Engineering, Construction, Fabrication, Civil, Infrastructure, Marine, Electronics, Information Technology, Telecommunications and etc. We provide individual specialists to complement clients existing organization or project teams as well offering complete project teams and tailor made solutions for outsourcing of non-client related core activities. All personnel will work for SGS under our contract & conditions and will be seconded to our clients for the duration of a specific project or fixed period of time. For recruitment of international expertise, SGS TSS Division in Malaysia relies on, in addition to its own recruitment center, an extensive network of TSS Operations and affiliates throughout the world.
