Over the years, Lavender expanded its offerings to include multiple dining-concept outlets — from self-service cafés (L.café), casual bistros (L.bistro), to full-fledged restaurants (L.table). Lavender prides itself on handmade, from-scratch cooking, using only high-quality, wholesome ingredients without preservatives or additives. Their product range includes breads (natural-yeast breads), gourmet burgers, jams cooked in copper pans, sausages without fillers, pastries and a wide range of bakery/confectionery items.
