Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage retail channel partners for component products, fostering strong relationships with distributors and key partners.

Conduct market research, surveys, and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Oversee ASUS component market expansion within the assigned region and execute channel development strategies.

Ensure effective communication of ASUS programs and provide tailored support to retailers at all levels.

Monitor competitor pricing trends and propose strategic recommendations to optimize market positioning.

Drive business expansion by recruiting new partners (Kiosks/Stores) and organizing promotional programs and roadshows.

Track sell-in and sell-through performance of channel partners to ensure sales targets are met.

Conduct sales and product training to enhance retailer knowledge and engagement.

Ensure product visibility, effective merchandising, and resolve partner concerns proactively.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the computer, IT, or component industry.

Passion for IT, gadgets, hardware, and desktop solutions.

Highly sales-driven, independent, and energetic with a goal-oriented mindset.

Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in Excel.

Positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and keen attention to detail.

Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
