Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Science( Chemical, polymer) or Equivalent
Able to speak in Mandarin
0-2 years of working experience in the related field
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Knowledge in Compounding & Formulation application will be in advantage
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Chemistry or equivalent.
Responsibilities



In collaboration with the related personnel in coordinating the troubleshooting and actions through technical approaches supporting with related data.
Continuously review the machines, materials, and production processes to optimize the cost of existing products and at the same time improve product quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate the new product design and development with the related parties and ensuring proper data, recording and file keeping throughout the whole cycle of activities.
Coordinate the improvement of existing products via modifications on product features and designs in properties, constructions, printing, and any other means.
The development and commercialization of initial production management.
Assist in the drawing up of the technical specifications of materials, products, parameters and other standard documents to ensure all processes are in best control from the stage of compounding and subsequent manufacturing processes.
