Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required for communication with clients/vendors.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing and expense tracking.
Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Learn and assist in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.
Help with bank reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.
Gain exposure to tax-related documentation and compliance.
Assist in maintaining accurate and organized financial records.
Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc projects and tasks.
Communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients or vendors when required.
