Requirements

Minimum education: Diploma and above
Required skills: HR Management, Recruiting, Performance Management, HR Policies, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Language required: English & Mandarin
Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting initial interviews for entry-level positions.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and employee development plans.
Handle employee relations matters, including addressing employee grievances and providing support to employees.
Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Support the HR team in various HR projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations, ensuring fair and consistent application across the organization.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Oversee employee relations, addressing employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans, to enhance employee performance and productivity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to support the company's strategic goals and objectives.
