Requirements
-Maintain accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems.
-Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
-Implement and maintain a systematic storage system for efficient stock retrieval and placement.
-Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness within the store to maintain a safe and organized working environment.
-Monitor stock levels and proactively identify items nearing depletion to initiate timely replenishment.
-Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
-Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (if applicable).
-Prepare and process outgoing goods for dispatch, ensuring accurate labeling and documentation.
-Adhere to established stock control procedures and company policies.
-Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock-related matters.
-Assist in the implementation of inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.

-Prepare and issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel, ensuring that requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while maintaining proper documentation.
-Implement and maintain a system for tracking stock levels and reordering points, anticipating future needs and ensuring that adequate supplies are always available to meet operational requirements.
-Oversee the disposal of obsolete or damaged stock in accordance with company procedures and environmental regulations, ensuring proper documentation and minimizing waste.
