Requirements
-Proficient in Mandarin (Traditional - TW) (written & spoken).
-Able to communicate in English.
-Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
-Handle customer and delivery partner inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
-Assist with order status, payments, refunds, and delivery-related matters.
-Provide support in Mandarin (Traditional - Taiwan) and basic English.
-Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for resolution.
-Ensure all cases are resolved efficiently and recorded accurately.
