About The Role:

The candidate will support the development and management of the international network department. They will work with internal teams (International Sales Division, Legal, Domestic Sales & Marketing) and global partners (investors, distributors, dealers) to expand market presence. We are looking for someone Proactive, collaborative, and culturally adaptable with strong intercultural communication and analytical skills.


Your Day-To-Day:

-Develop strategies, policies, guidelines, and processes to enhance distributor performance and ensure compliance.

-Oversee standards for distributor network development and operational excellence.

-Support the selection and appointment of new distributors, including contract renewals and terminations.


Job Requirements & Skills:

-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Business Studies, Finance, Marketing, etc.

-Experience: Minimum 5 years in a related field.

-Work Location: Centre Of Excellence, Subang Jaya.

-Skills & Abilities:

-Strong command of English

-Advanced Microsoft Office skills + familiarity with AI-powered tools

-Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills

-Strong data analytics and visualization skills
