Job Description

Requirements
-Education & Experience
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Minimum 1-2 years sales experience (B2B / industrial / manufacturing sales preferred).
-Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Sales & Communication Skills
-Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
-Able to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Personal Qualities
-Strong initiative and sense of responsibility.
-Able to work independently and as part of a team.
-Positive attitude and high willingness to learn.
-Good time management and planning skills.

Other Requirements
-Possess own transport and valid driving license.
-Willing to travel locally or overseas (if required).
-Able to handle customer visits, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
-Able to meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development
-Develop new business opportunities and expand customer base.
-Identify potential industries and key accounts to target.
-Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and quotations.

2. Customer Relationship Management
-Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
-Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
-Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and problem-solving.

3. Product & Market Knowledge
-Understand company products and provide suitable solutions.
-Keep updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market needs.
-Propose new strategies or product improvements to management.

4. Planning & Reporting
-Prepare sales plans, forecasts, and follow-up schedules.
-Submit sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates to management.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets.

5. Site Visits & Presentations
-Conduct customer visits locally (and overseas when required).
-Present solutions at factories, warehouses, exhibitions, or seminars.
-Support technical discussions with customers (training provided).

6. Coordination & Teamwork
-Work closely with internal departments (logistics, customer service, finance).
-Ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and payment collection.
-Support marketing campaigns, roadshows, and trade shows.

7. Continuous Improvement
-Keep learning product knowledge and sales skills.
-Suggest new ideas to improve sales process and customer experience.
