📝 Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IMS Executive to support and manage our Integrated Management Systems in food industry based company, including Quality, Food & Feed Safety, Halal & Sustainability.

This position includes Halal Executive responsibilities, such as managing Halal certification processes, liaising with certification bodies, and ensuring operational compliance with Halal standard.

📍 This role will require occasional visits to the processing site for verification of activities and compliance. It is not a 100% office-based.

🔧 Key Responsibilities
Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS), including ISO9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, Halal, RSPO, MSPO, and ISCC standards.

Ensure compliance with all certification requirements, especially Halal and liaise with relevant authorities and certification bodies.

Support external audit, internal audits, customer/ supplier audit, documentation control, and corrective action processes.

Maintain and organize departmental documents and ensure smooth secretarial operations.

Assist in the development and implementation of any new systems as required by management.

Conduct on-site verification activities to ensure operational compliance with all certifications standards.

🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science & Technology or any related discipline.

2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience in handling Halal certification processes.

Possess a Halal Executive Certificate from a recognized Halal Professional Board-registered training provider (preferred).

Familiarity with ISO9001, HACCP & FSSC 22000 standards is an added advantage.

Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
