Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Answering member inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner to address their inquiries, issues, or requests.
-Possess in-depth knowledge to answer member questions promptly and accurately.
-Resolve member complaints and issues by assessing problems and finding solutions to ensure satisfaction.
-Adherence to company policies and industry regulations, including data privacy, scripted guidelines, and professionalism.
-Collaborate with other team members to solve complex issues, share information, and mentor peers/juniors.
-Essential to adapt to diverse member personalities and able to handle various situations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Skills Required
-Excellent proficiency in English language is a MUST.
-Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism.
-Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
-High customer service mindset.

Requirements:
-Preferred with < 1 year experience in Call Centre/Contact Centre environment.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Being a multilingual speaker is advantageous.
-Team player who can work together with a big team.
-Versatile and adaptive.
-Medical and/or health insurance knowledge is an advantage.
