Job Responsibilities
-Process new customer account setups, orders, forms, applications and requests. Ensure data accurately maintained in system
-Process rescheduling requests by customers - Pull in, Push out & cancellations.
-Resolves & respond to customers escalations & complaints promptly.
-Handles RMA / RTV / Damaged / Dented items with customers.
-Handles wrong item, excess or shortage shipments.
-Provide delivery information and ensure timely delivery.
-Inventory Management. Ensure sufficient time frame to support customers required date and keep inventory level low.
-Communicate and coordinate with internal departments such as Purchasing, Planner, Logistic and Finance.
Logistics to ensure clear information to support customers enquiries pertaining to stocks and delivery -support.
-Liaise with Finance to ensure prompt payments from customers. Monitor and handle payment in advance customers.
-Liaise with Sales pertaining to price changes & FA request.
-Maintain data on Sales pricings and other data deemed necessary for order purposes.
-Perform material planning (for pre- assigned customers).
-Responds to complaints from customers and give after sales support upon request.
-Conduct Customer Survey annually & compile it into summary.
