Job Responsibilities:
-Provide 1st level IT system support to end users on IT software and hardware, and tracking on Service Request ("SR").
-Conduct IT system training.
-Conduct IT Survey.
-Prepare IT system documentation and user guide.
-Helpdesk Service Ticketing maintenance.
-Support Operating Systems, Third Party Software and In-house developed applications.
-Support IT equipment issues and inquiries raised by users.
-Assist in the project implementation of KLK IT systems.
-Conduct QA on IT Systems prior to release to production environment.
-Involve in IT Operations tasks in collecting backups and processing tasks to ensure data and reporting needs are fulfilled.


Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in IT/ Computer Science or equivalent from recognized universities with minimum CGPA of 3.0.
-Working knowledge in IT helpdesk is an added advantage.
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Independent with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders from various countries.
-Must be willing to travel.
