Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Handle admin duties (calls, filing, correspondence)
• Process invoices, receipts, payroll, claims & payments
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reports
• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash
• Liaise with external auditors & tax agents

Requirements:
• Certificate/Diploma in Accounting or related field
• 1–3 years of admin/account experience
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Familiar with Access UBS accounting & billing software, e-Invoicing and basic tax is an added advantage
• Organized, reliable & good communication skills
