Job Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate Order Fulfilment opera ons, including supply/demand forecas ng, inventory control, and customer order execu on.

Oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, contrac ng, and evalua on of services across the organiza on.

Implement cost-saving ini a ves to opmize procurement efficiency.

Establish quarterly forecasts and monitor monthly transac ons to achieve sales targets.

Enhance inter-department collabora on to meet customer delivery schedules.

Provide analysis and solu ons to address performance shor alls.

Conduct regular review mee ngs with internal teams on project, produc on, and procurement updates.

Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with obliga ons.

Oversee regional and export order fulfilment.

Ensure internal processes and documenta on are completed within required melines.

Prepare and review reports and documenta on accurately and on schedule.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team performance.

Develop and implement new systems, best prac ces, and process improvements to support business growth.



Job Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administra on, or equivalent discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the building industry with knowledge of contractual terms and agreements.

Proficient in SAP system and related procurement tools.

Meticulous in planning, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership and people management qualities.
