About the Role
The HR & Admin Executive / HR & Admin Officer is responsible for managing and supporting the human resources & admin functions within the manufacturing facility.
HR & ADMIN EXECUTIVE - 1 Position
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
To oversee Admin functions and HR support in the company.
Responsible in foreign worker management, including work permits, passes and related procedures.
Ensure hostel management comply with the Employees’ Standards of Housing Accommodations Act 1990.
Ensure maintenance and upkeep of the office, factory compound, canteen facilities, equipment, infrastructure and company assets e.g., firefighting equipment, pump house, power house & others.
Responsible for general administrative matters e.g., utilities, general contract management, permit licenses renewal, security management, staff welfare, office material printing/purchase, pest control, panel clinic, etc.
Responsible in ensuring the establishing, implementing and maintaining ISO IMS documentation and records, related to HR & Admin function, achieve the documented requirements.
Perform any other related or ad-hoc duties as Management may require from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
Possess at least Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or relevant field
Minimum 3 years of working experience as an HR & Admin Executive or similar role with practical knowledge in ISO 9001/ ISO 14001 / ISO45001.
Must have good command in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Computer proficiency with knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Words and PowerPoint)
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving skills and proven analytical skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Those who can start work immediately will be given preference
2. HR & ADMIN OFFICER - 1 Position
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
General administration and office upkeep : Responsible for reception/ telephone operator, courier service management, key in billing and claims, attend guest, tea serving & others
Office upkeep: Office stationaries and printing materials maintenance and purchase.
Leave management : Daily attendance report, update leave related record.
Assist in recruitment process and new hire onboarding.
Assist in payroll function, update attendance, overtime verification and answering queries.
Assist in employee welfare, issuance of medical chit, food subsidy, health surveillance activities.
