Key Responsibilities
-Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through effective territory and account management.
-Execute sales and marketing activities for orthopedic implants and robotic systems within assigned areas.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and medical professionals.
-Manage orthopedic implant sets – preparation, delivery, collection, and coordination during surgical procedures.
-Assist and support orthopedic surgeries, including robotic-assisted cases.
-Identify and develop business opportunities in private and government hospitals.
-Provide regular updates on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to management.
-Continuously review sales performance and take action to ensure achievement of goals.

Requirements
-Mandarin speaker (to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients).
-Minimum 2 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in orthopedic implants, medical devices, or healthcare equipment.
-Fresh graduates with strong passion for medical technology are encouraged to apply – comprehensive training provided.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proactive, result-oriented, and eager to learn new medical technologies.
-Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
-Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
