Job Responsibilities:
-Responsible for undertaking procurement activities for the team.
-Liaise with local/overseas suppliers on enquiries
-Review pricing and specifications from various suppliers to determine the best deal
-Arrange samples from suppliers while maintaining a strong working relationship
-Participate in negotiation of the best deal in pricing with suppliers
-Issue Purchase Orders to Supplier
-Monitor projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule.
-Update and report on project progress and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule.
-Work closely with team, clients and vendors to ensure project completion within schedule.
-Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Job Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least Degree or equivalent with ability to communicate well in Mandarin (both written and spoken) to effectively communicate with our counterparts from China
-Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, coordination, budget control, preferred candidates with property related experience
-Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of vendor sourcing practices.
-High level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Excellent communication skills
