What's your role?

Product Listing Management
-Manage product listings (uploading, updating, and optimizing content: title, images, descriptions, pricing, etc.)

E-Commerce & Marketing Execution
-Manage e-commerce sales, promotions, marketing, and social media (Shopee, Tiktok, Lazada, etc)

Campaign & Promotion Planning
-Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and flash sales (e.g. 7.7, 8.8, Payday Sale)

Sales & Performance Reporting
-Analyze sales data and generate performance reports using tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or platform dashboards

Pricing Review & Optimization
-Regularly review and update product prices in accordance with pricing strategies and market trends

Competitor & Market Research
-Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion and improvement

Platform & PIC Coordination
-Liaise with e-commerce platform PICs (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) on campaign participation, account issues, performance optimization, and platform updates
-Handle platform-related matters such as campaign submissions, operational issues, and policy updates

Who We’re Looking For :
-A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related fields
-Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related roles
-Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Centre, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces (Temu, Zalora, etc)
-Proven experience in dealing with platform PICs, campaign coordination, and marketplace operations
-Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
-Knowledge of basic editing (e.g. Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
-Understanding of SEO / Google Ads / Meta Ads
