What you need to do?
-Assist in managing seller accounts on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and website
-Assist in handling order issues such as cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges
-Maintain accurate product listings
-Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, discounts, and bundle deals
-Maintain organized records for online sales transactions and platform documentation
-Coordinate with Accounts on invoicing, payment reconciliation, and platform claims
-Perform other administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations as assigned

What we need from you:
-Diploma in Business, have basic understanding of accounting will do
-Fresh grads are welcome!
-Able to understand Bahasa Malaysia and English
