Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
- Ensure accuracy of sales documentation and timely submission
- Coordinate with sales team on order status and customer requirements
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and paperwork

Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
- Good organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks
