Job Description :

Lead and manage all architectural aspects of the data center construction project from design through completion.

Review, evaluate and approve architectural drawings, specifications and materials to ensure alignment with project design intent, client requirements and industry best practices.

Coordinate with clients , consultants, subcontractors to understand project requirements and develop design briefs.

Participate in site meetings and assist in obtaining design-related approvals and permits from relevant authorities.

Ensure all architectural work complies with local building codes, statutory regulations and internal quality standards.

Oversee site-level architectural inspections and verify materials for compliance with project specifications.

Provide timely technical advice and solutions to support site teams on architectural and design-related matters.



Requirements :

Degree in Architecture or a related field, with a valid professional license or certification.

At least 5 years of working experience in both design and construction environments preferably within design and build projects.

Able to read, interpret, and coordinate architectural drawings and details.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken). Knowledge of Mandarin would be an added advantage.
