Job Description

Responsibilities:
-Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
-Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence
-Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records
-Schedule meetings and manage calendars
-Support basic data entry and reporting
-Assist with office coordination and general support tasks
-Liaise with internal teams and external parties when needed

Requirements:
-Basic administrative or office experience preferred
-Good organizational and communication skills
-Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
-Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
-Detail-oriented and reliable
