Production Manager

1. Production Manager – Metal Fabrication Department

Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
-Plan, schedule, and coordinate production to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
-Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
-Implement and monitor safety procedures and compliance with workplace regulations.
-Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of metal components.
-Manage team performance, training, and labor allocation within the department.
-Optimize material usage and minimize production waste.

2. Production Manager – Plastic Injection Molding & Assembly

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise all aspects of plastic injection molding operations and post-molding assembly.
-Plan and manage production schedules to meet demand while maintaining quality and efficiency.
-Oversee mold setup, machine operation, and troubleshooting during production runs.
-Monitor and control production parameters to minimize defects and downtime.
-Coordinate with quality control to ensure finished parts meet specifications.
-Maintain inventory of raw materials, tooling, and finished goods.
-Lead and train production staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.

3. Production Manager – Finishing & Powder Coating Operations

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage day-to-day operations of the finishing department, including powder coating, curing, and quality inspection.
-Plan production activities to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
-Ensure proper surface preparation, coating application, and curing procedures.
-Maintain and calibrate powder coating equipment and curing ovens.
-Monitor quality standards and implement corrective actions for coating defects.
-Oversee safety protocols, including handling of chemicals and ventilation systems.
-Supervise and train team members for continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
