任职资格

至少具备 SPM（马来西亚教育文凭）或同等学历
申请销售主管职位者需具备至少1年销售经验，有快消
品或食品服务行业经验者优先
具备强烈的销售动力，并拥有达成销售目标的良好记录
具备良好的谈判能力、沟通能力及人际交往能力
熟练掌握马来语及英语（会中文者优先考虑）
具备基本的 Microsoft Office 操作能力
自备交通工具并持有有效驾驶执照
岗位职责
在指定销售区域内达成每月销售量及销售额目标
执行每日终端拜访计划，确保路线覆盖率及拜访效率最
大化
通过开发新客户及提升产品铺市率扩大市场占有率
持续跟进销售表现，并及时采取纠正措施以达成目标
管理应收账款（AR），确保按时回款
规划并执行每月销售活动、促销及市场推广计划
与物流及营运团队紧密协调，确保产品供应充足及准时交付
维护准确的销售记录、报表及拜访路线规划
