Manufacturing Engineer

Possess innovative ideas, analytical skills, and sound technical knowledge to solve the followings as a team;

Quality improvements (wafer crack, wafer take out, electrical failures & etc.)

Productivity improvements (production output, production efficiency & etc.)

Cost reduction (material change, energy saving programs & etc.)

Be well versed, identify, and prioritize key processes for continuous improvements for quality improvements, productivity improvements and cost reduction.

Be a mentor for module technicians, provide technical directions to drive continuous improvement projects.

Responsible to troubleshoot non-conformance products to regain and sustain product quality.

Sustaining and continuous improvements of Key Process Variables (Output and Input).

To achieve quality standards and production output set by the Management.

Participate and engage in new equipment setup and qualifications.

Train and certify technicians and lower-level engineers in training and in performing their duties.

Drive improvement projects and lead a team of technicians.

Generate new ideas and solutions for yield improvements.
