Job Requirements
Must to select the correct items exp such as parts numbers or etc.
Need to know the whole of process of filling plan system piping to control the opening or
close of valve.
If no knowledge not suitable to operate the all of valve in filling plan.
Must to know about the flow of process conveyor line working to operate the conveyor
area.
Must to know the gearbox, conveyor chain, sprocket and conveyor track.
Knowledge of safety standard in premise and obey the rule of standard safety and
procedure that produce by company.
Awareness that temperature required in the filling plan is room temperature no above 40c
(unloading process below 40c and not less 20c).
Warning: avoid contact with liquid LPG it can cause cool burn for skin.
Job Responsibilities
Selection of the right procedures to Fabricate assemble, disassemble and test.
Selection of tools to fulfil the filling plant (Hand tools, Machine and electrical tools, LPG
TOOLS WRENCH).
Assemble & test Valve and controls.
Comply with safety standards at all times.
Install bearings, sprockets, transmission gears and hydraulic valves etc.
Perform other duties as required by the supervisor.
Temperature control all equipment & machine for gas filing plant.
When to do fabrication job with welding process, grinder or drilled also do the same
process of the above.
Standby the fire extinguisher at the near location of working area when to do the test run
or fabrication job.
Make sure the emergency stop button on standby mode when to do the test run.
Double check the connection, switch, sensor or everything that connected together
before test run.
Install the items parts with correct marking position and fix the parts with screw, nuts or
connection pin.
Double check for the spec items (parts numbers or etc) before install the new equipment
or parts.
Do the correct manner, when to open the equipment's with correct open position of
equipment (first do first then last do last) and also in installation process condition do
reverse operation.
Marking the original location or position of parts or equipment that need to replace.
Check the condition items broken that need to change.
Stop any sensor or switch first if needed.
Understand three area of filling plan before operate the valve (unloading area of liquid
LPG compressor area/ storage bullet tank area/ filling plan area).
Follow the step of procedure installation to install the new valve.
Check and replace with new items if the valve is broken.
Read and comply the safety procedure with the guideline and regulation provided in the
CIMAH report.
Follow and obey the guideline or standard safety produced by the JKKP with time to time
of schedule inspection.
Obey the safety guideline for filling LPG terminals such as MYGAZ.
Close all electrical connection when need to change anything at conveyor area.
Routine check the gearbox fluid by follow the preventive checklist (six moth checklist).
Check the condition of pneumatic system at the filling machine (current supply, seal kits
or etc).
Check machine condition and machine set up to run operation.
Do the process unloading the liquid.
Repair and prevent machine broken.
Search the spare parts supplier when happen breakdown.
JKKP handling by using MYKKP account.
Outsite job (outstation project).
Monitor pressure at LPG compressor and lorry gauge (5bar to 6bar), storage bullet tank,
and filling plan (below 12bar pressure set with return valve).
