最低学历：SPM及以上
语言要求：能够说华语和马来语
所需技能：订单处理、文字处理、沟通技巧、客户服务、团队合作、解决问题的能力
愿意以良好的态度付出努力
能够独立工作，具有团队精神
拥有至少1年的工作经验者优先考虑
没有经验者（应届毕业生）也可以申请（提供培训）
积极思考，能够同时处理多项任务，精通电脑，特别是MS Office – Word、Excel
拥有自己的交通工具，愿意在Pandan Indah工作

岗位职责
销售订单管理：
生成和管理销售订单/拣货单。
核对和打印发票，确保所有细节准确无误。
在发票上添加必要的备注。
报价管理：
输入和更新系统中的报价单。
行政及办公室职责：
处理日常文件工作，包括收据管理和归档。
执行所需的一般行政任务。
沟通与客户服务：
回复销售人员和客户的来电、采购订单（PO）和电子邮件询问。
高效处理和解决客户投诉。
部门间协作：
与其他部门密切合作，确保运营顺畅。
临时职责：
执行上级分配的其他任务。
进行其他所需的工作。
